Hong Kong has a subtropical climate. There are two periods: the wet season from May to September and the dry season from October to March. Temperatures range from 14°C to 31°C on average throughout the year. We suggest you, if you can travel to Hong Kong between October and December or March.

Victoria Peak: also called "The Peak", is certainly the highest point of view in the city. Climb to the top via the Peak Tram, the fastest and most picturesque way to reach the top. This historic streetcar runs uninterruptedly from 7 am to midnight and costs HK$52 (about $6) for a round trip. 

The Great Buddha or Tian Tan Buddha: located on the island of Lantau (about 45 minutes by metro from the center of Hong Kong), this buddha is one of the largest in the world. You can reach it after climbing the 262 steps.


The Star Walk: In a nod to Hollywood, this street offers a panoramic view of the entire city from where you can guess the many skyscrapers and the famous Victoria Peak. This avenue symbolizes all the glamour of Hong Kong cinema, especially with Bruce Lee’s fingerprints.


The Clock Tower: built in 1915 and 44 meters high, the old Clock Tower is now a symbol for millions of Chinese people, because the Statue of Liberty was a symbol for American migrants at the beginning of the 20th century.

Disneyland Hong Kong: this park is the newest of the 6 parks in the world, it is also the smallest and least impressive. However, a day on site is very pleasant, as there are usually not many people.


Ocean Park: entirely dedicated to the marine world, this theme park offers shows, attractions and the opportunity to discover a zoo and a magnificent aquarium.


Shopping in Hong Kong: luxury or low prices, the many shopping centres will satisfy you and your budget!
